In order for your computer to be accessible remotely you must complete this form as a first time setup. This should be done while in the office ahead of time. It will also need to be re-done whenever you change or upgrade computers.

When you bring your PCL computer home or off the PCL network, it uses a feature called GlobalProtect (VPN) to access PCL resources.

We do not recommend using this unless necessary, as Direct Access provides a better experience for most use cases. For more information on connecting via VPN click here.

The following remote services will indicate if you can print at home.

*Using Connect to my work computer - This method will not allow you to print using your workstation.

The best way to print at home is copy them to Egnyte and then print them from https://pcl.egnyte.com on your personal computer. Avoid emailing PCL documents to personal email addresses or storing them within unapproved cloud file storage apps like Dropbox or Google Drive.
